I'm going to simplify. Dark, bitter, tangy, but chalky. I wouldn't buy it again, because it was just too much dark chocolate for me. The tangy part was interesting. I had to let the flavor roll over my tongue, but no, not again. HOWEVER, I found this review - this lucky dude who got Green & Black's to send him a whole bleepin' box - and he likes them and has more info on them. I find 60-65% is about as high as I'll go for dark...it gets very bitter after that.
