More like milk chocolate in dark chocolate clothing. The Alter Eco Fair Trade Dark Chocolate Velvet is like a creamy milk chocolate bar even though the packaging says dark. A closer look at said packaging does not clear up the matter. Regardless, I really like this bar. Besides the great taste, it is organic, gluten free, soy free, emulsifier free and GMO* (whatever the heck that means) free.FYI - On the back of the package.
