Remove bowl from over water; cool chocolate until lukewarm but still pourable. Blen chream cheese, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. mix in lukewarm chocolate. Pour filling over crust; smooth top. I made a delicious chocolate death last year and I used the topping from it for a New York style and a Marbled cheesecake(new york and chocolate mixed) for my daughters birthday.<br />Now if I can get them all to turn out the same each time I'd be making progress.
